Plain English summary: By booking a session or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. Sessions must be paid for in advance. We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. You attend at your own risk and must disclose any medical conditions. Be respectful — we reserve the right to remove anyone from the gym.

1. About Ringrise

Ringrise is a boxing brand based in Stratford, East London. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (ringrise.netlify.app) and participation in any Ringrise sessions or programmes.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, joining our waitlist, booking a session, or attending any Ringrise event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms may be updated from time to time. We will notify active members of significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

4. Booking & Payment

All session bookings must be paid for in advance to secure your spot. Payment confirms your place. Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.

Pricing is subject to change. Advertised promotional rates (including the early bird offer) are time-limited and will be honoured only for the period stated.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Ringrise does not store your payment card details.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our cancellations: If Ringrise cancels a session, you will receive a full refund or credit. We will notify you as soon as possible by phone or email.

6. Health, Safety & Liability

Boxing is a contact sport. By participating in any Ringrise session you acknowledge and accept that there is an inherent risk of injury.

7. Coach Qualifications

All Ringrise coaches hold an official qualification under England Boxing, the national governing body for amateur boxing in England. Session delivery meets England Boxing coaching standards.

8. Code of Conduct

We expect all members and attendees to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff and other participants at all times. The following will not be tolerated:

Ringrise reserves the right to remove any individual from a session or terminate their membership without refund for breach of this code of conduct.

9. Membership Terms

Monthly memberships run on a rolling calendar-month basis. To cancel your membership, contact us at ringrise.co@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at least 7 days before your next billing date. Memberships cancelled mid-cycle will not be pro-rated.

10. Photography & Media

Ringrise may take photographs or video at sessions for use on our website and social media. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a coach before the session begins. You will not be photographed without your awareness.

By attending a session you consent to incidental appearance in group photography, unless you have opted out as above.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and the Ringrise brand — is the property of Ringrise and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written consent.

12. Website Use

Our website is provided for information purposes. While we take care to keep information accurate, we make no warranty that the site will be error-free or always available. We reserve the right to update or remove content at any time without notice.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
